Our cancellation policy
Out of respect for other patients who want to make an appointment at the clinic, we request that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For emergency appointments, or walk-in appointments, these must be cancelled no later than 4 hours in advance. If the deadline is not respected, a $20 fee will apply during your next visit to the clinic.
